Data deletion

RallyPost lets sporting clubs and community organisations collect content from their members and publish it to the club's own social accounts. This page explains how to delete that data.
Delete your contributor data
If you have submitted content to a club through RallyPost and want it removed, email privacy@rallypost.app from the address you used to submit, and tell us which club you submitted to. We will delete your account, your submissions and any media you uploaded within 30 days and confirm by email.
Content that a club has already published to its own Facebook or Instagram account is controlled by that club. We will tell you which club to contact, and deleting your RallyPost data does not remove a post that is already live on the club's page.
Delete your club's data
A club administrator can request deletion of the club's entire RallyPost account by emailing privacy@rallypost.app from the administrator's registered address. This removes the club's posts, media, member submissions, templates and connected account records within 30 days.
Disconnect your Facebook and Instagram accounts
To revoke RallyPost's access to your Facebook Page and Instagram account:
- In RallyPost, open Settings, then Connected accounts, and choose Disconnect. This deletes the stored access tokens immediately. Coming Soon
- You can also revoke access directly with Meta. Go to Facebook Settings and Privacy > Settings > Business integrations, select RallyPost, and choose Remove.
Revoking access stops RallyPost publishing to those accounts. It does not delete posts already published, and it does not delete your other RallyPost data. Use the request options above if you want that data removed as well.
What we delete
Account records, club and team records, submitted content and media, post history, templates, connected account identifiers and access tokens, and support correspondence.
We may retain a limited record of billing transactions where Australian tax law requires it, and anonymised usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
