Terms
Last updated 20 September 2026
These terms cover your use of RallyPost. By sending a post or creating an account, you agree to them.
What RallyPost does
RallyPost lets people build a ready-to-publish post on their phone and send it to a club. The club's team reviews it and decides whether to publish it to the club's social channels. We provide the tools. We do not choose what a club publishes.
Accounts
You need to be 16 or over to create an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate details and keep them current.
A club's team decides who may send posts to that club, and can approve, block or remove contributors at any time.
What you send
You keep ownership of your photos and video. By sending them you confirm that:
- You took the material, or you have permission from whoever did.
- The people clearly shown are happy to appear on the club's social channels.
- If anyone under 18 is identifiable, a parent or guardian has agreed.
- It does not infringe anyone's rights and is not unlawful, misleading, harassing or offensive.
You give the club permission to publish, crop, caption and edit what you send, on the channels it runs. You give RallyPost permission to store and process it so the service can work, including making the versions needed for each platform. Neither permission is exclusive, and neither stops you using your own material however you like.
If the club has crediting switched on, your name is added to the caption. If you have marked a social handle "tag me", it is added too.
If you run a club on RallyPost
- You decide what is published and are responsible for it, including holding any consents you need.
- You are responsible for the people you give access to, and for removing access when they leave.
- You must honour removal requests from the people in the material you publish.
- You must follow the rules of the social platforms you connect.
- Your plan sets how many brands you can run. Connected accounts can be changed twice per platform per 30 days.
What you must not do
Do not send material you have no right to send, impersonate anyone, try to reach clubs or data you have not been given access to, interfere with the service, or use it to harass anyone. We can suspend or remove access for any of these.
Removing material
You can ask us to remove anything you sent, and we will remove it from RallyPost. If a club has already published it, only the club can remove it from its own social account, so contact them too.
Availability
RallyPost is early software and is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not promise a post will reach a social platform at a particular time. Keep your own copies of anything you care about; we are not a backup service.
Liability
Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where liability can be limited, ours is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of doing so. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what a club chooses to publish.
Ending it
You can stop using RallyPost and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Consent records attached to material a club has already published are kept as that club's record.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell you about changes that materially affect you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
